التحليل البيئي
يستخدم التحليل الرباعي في تحليل البيئة الداخلية للمنظمة لتحديد نقاط القوة ونقاط الضعف وتحليل البيئة الخارجية لتحديد الفرص التهديدات. يساعد تحليل البيئة الداخلية للمؤسسة على الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد المتاحة، ويساعد تحليل البيئة الخارجية على الاستفادة من الفرص المتاحة ووضع الآليات لمواجهة التحديات. وبعد تحديد الإنتهاء من التحليل وتحديد النقاط الأربع تقوم المؤسسة بعملية التوافق بينها ووضع الاستراتيجيات التي تمكنها من تحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية.

Environmental analysis
The organizations using Environmental analysis or some times call environmental scanning to analysis the internal environment to identify the strengths and weakness points and analysis the external environment to identify the opportunities and threats. The abbreviation of this analysis is call SWOT. This is the famous tool in analysis but there are many methodologies are available for this purpose .The analysis of internal environment helps the organization to use their resources optimal use. At the same time analysis the external environment helps the organization to gain more benefits from the opportunities and reduce or eliminate threats.
After fishing this analysis the organization have to make matching between the four elements to put the strategies that helps to achieve their strategic objectives.
