فلسفة التخطيط الاستراتيجي
التخطيط الاستراتيجي هو المنهجية التي تتبعها المؤسسة لتحديد توجهاتها المستقبلية والصورة التي ترغب أن تكون عليها في المدى البعيد،. وتسعي المؤسسات إلى تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي بهدف توحيد جهود أفرادها للعمل معا نحو هدف واحد، من خلال الإجابة عن ثلاثة اسئلة رئيسية وهى أين نحن الآن ؟ أين نريد أن نكون ؟ كيف نصل إلى هناك. فالسؤال الأول يجيب عن الوضع الراهن للمؤسسة، والسؤال الثاني يحدد الرؤية التي تريد المؤسسة أن تصل إليها، والسؤال الثالث يوضح الوسائل التي تستخدمها المؤسسة لتحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية .

The strategic Planning is an approach that the organizations follow it to draw their direction toward the future and the image that desire to be in the long run. The organizations are seek to apply the strategic planning to unify their people’s efforts and make them work together to achieve one goal, it is doing that by answering the key three questions, the first one where are we now? , the second, what we want to be? , the third how we will get their? . the first question describes the status quo , the second focus on the vision, and the third express on the means that the organization must use to get the strategic goals.
