الدكتور عبدالرحيم محمد عبدالرحيم

حاصل على دكتوراه في الإدارة العامة من كلية الاقتصاد والعلوم السياسية في الإدارة العامة بعنوان    “قياس الأداء المتوازن    في المنظمات العامة مع دراسة تطبيقية على شبكة الإذاعات الإقليمية في مصر”،  ماجستير في الإدارة العامة – كلية الاقتصاد والعلوم السياسية – جامعة القاهرة    بعنوان ” التخطيط الاستراتيجي كمدخل لتطوير المنظمات العامة في مصر دراسة حالة المعهد القومي للقياس والمعايرة” ، حاصل على بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال. يعمل مستشارا للتخطيط الاستراتيجي وقياس الأداء المؤسسي ، بوزارة الداخلية منذ  أكثر من ستة عاما   ،  نشر  (13) بحثا في مجلات عملية محكمة، نشر (5) كتب في مجال الإدارة والتسويق والتخطيط الاستراتيجي وقياس الأداء المؤسسي وبناء المؤشرات، واستراتيجية العمل الأمني.  عضو هيئة تدريس منتدب  بكلية المجتمع منذ عام 2015 وحتى الان ، أيضا عضو هيئة تدريس منتدب بكلية  التجارة والأعمال  جامعة  لوسيل ، شارك  في العديد من المؤتمرات  وورش العمل بتقديم أبحاث وأوراق عمل

شارك في صياغة جائزة  الكويت الدولية للتميز المؤسسي ، كما شارك في اعداد معايير  اختيار ا لقيادات الاستراتيجية ، قدم العديد من  الدورات التدريبية  المتخصصة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي  وأنظمة القياس  واستراتيجيات التطوير والتحديث المؤسسي.

Dr. Abdelrahim Mohamed

I hold a PhD in Public Administration from the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences in Public Administration titled “Balanced Scorecard in Public Organizations with an Applied Study on the Regional Radio Network in Egypt”, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences, Cairo University titled “Strategic Planning as an Approach for Developing Public Organizations in Egypt: A Case Study of the National Institute for Standards”. also have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. I work as a strategic planning and institutional performance measurement consultant at the Ministry of Interior for more than sixteen  years. published 13 research in refereed journals, authored 5 books in the fields of management, marketing, strategic planning, institutional performance measurement, and indicator building, as well as security work strategy. I have been a part-time faculty member at the Community College of Qatar  since 2015 and also a part-time faculty member at the College of Commerce and Business at Lusail University. I have participated in numerous conferences and workshops by presenting research papers. I have participated in formulating the Kuwait International Award for Organizational Excellence and contributed to the development of criteria for selecting strategic leaders. I have conducted several specialized training courses in strategic planning, measurement systems, development strategies.

بدأت قصة الموقع في عام 2012 عندما تبين من خلال  البحث في مختلف المواقع ، انه لم يتم التوصل إلى موقع متخصص بشكل محدد في الإدارة يمكن الاعتماد عليه كمرجع علمي موثق يحقق فائدة للباحثين والعاملين في مجال الإدارة. من هنا جاءت الفكرة بإطلاق الموقع كوسيلة لنشر الأفكار الإدارية الحديثة والمساهمة في تطوير المجال الإداري  من خلال نشر المقالات والأبحاث وتوفير المواد العلمية لمساعدة الباحثين، والتواصل المباشر مع مختلف الفئات التي  تحتاج إلى استشارة علمية أو عملية. منذ ذلك الحين، نما الموقع ليصبح مصدراً رائداً للمعرفة في هذا المجال، حيث يستخدمه العديد من الباحثين والمهتمين في جميع أنحاء العالم للحصول على المعلومات والتحديثات الأخيرة في مجال الإدارة العامة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي والنضج المؤسسي.

The website’s story began in 2012 when it became apparent, through research across various platforms, that there was no specialized website specifically dedicated to management that could be relied upon as a documented scientific reference benefiting researchers and professionals in the field of administration. This realization sparked the idea of launching the website as a means to disseminate modern management ideas and contribute to the development of the administrative field by publishing articles, research papers, and providing scientific materials to assist researchers. It also aimed to facilitate direct communication with various groups in need of academic or practical consultation. Since then, the website has grown to become a leading source of knowledge in this field.
