Abstract :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The purpose of this study is to analyze the indicators and variables of intellectual capital and firm’s<\/span><\/p>\n

performance as well as their relationships and talking about some models of measuring intellectual capital as Balance scorecard . For achieved the purpose mention above were been selected 17 Algerian firms. The researches shows that there is a positively relationship between human capital, relational capital and<\/span><\/p>\n

business performance but there is a no impact of structural capital to the business performance of the<\/span><\/p>\n

Algerian companies .<\/span><\/p>\n

It is important for the Algerian companies to harvest the full potential of its people by investing in<\/span><\/p>\n

appropriate technological infrastructure so that human capital can be<\/span><\/p>\n

converted (or processed) into increased wealth and a higher standard of living<\/span> .<\/p>\n
