Abstract<\/span>:<\/p>\n

This study aimed to shed light on bench marking and its efficiency to <\/span>improvement entities performance. And approachable to application bench <\/span>marking on Iraqi non profit entities. <\/span>It included a sample of Iraqi non profit entities on technical institute of A <\/span>MARA and technical institute of Najaf. The study was based on a basic <\/span>hypothesis, effectiveness of bench marking to improvement the performance of <\/span>non profit economic entities. <\/span>The researcher used the descriptive method in the theoretical part, and the <\/span>analysis in the practical part. The study reached a number of conclusions the <\/span>most important of which is the: <\/span>It\u2019s very important to economic entities to application the manner of bench <\/span>marking which is one of continue improvement manner. By doing some <\/span>necessary manners to re- structure, arrangement and appoint advisory <\/span>committee in order to improve the level of service and production which <\/span>produced, to do easily to application bench marking<\/span><\/p>\n
